movement monday: do some yoga

i know it’s not monday ?!?– we had to make an unexpected trip out of town for a funeral — so i’m playing a bit of catch up — thanks for your patience!

today, i’d like to share the lovely sarah at sarah beth yoga — i found her on instagram through robin at the balanced life, whom i shared with you last monday.  i’ve practiced yoga off and on for the past five years and was excited to find sarah’s short videos that i can do at the house (for free) whenever i have a few minutes – she has a fun + fresh way of putting together her routines and i find her voice and instructions to be peaceful and calming – very nice since there is usually a toddler trying to sit on my head!
