movement monday: all you need is you

it’s monday again and time for our favorite post!  how’s the movement challenge going?  this morning, i had a great time working out with Robin – bonus fun points that charlotte only tried to sit on my head once — we are making progress…

today, i’m giving you the ultimate, no excuse list — all you need is you — and this list unless you can remember them all after one reading — these days i can barely remember what day it is so i’ll be printing off this nifty thing.  pick a handful and do some rounds for a full workout or pick one or two to do during the commercials of your favorite show – i was just thinking about the fact that your average show has 4-5 commercial breaks at 1.5 minutes per break – thats 6-7 minutes of extra movement in your day or 4-5 minutes and one empty dishwasher.  enjoy!
