monday movement: step up to the barre

wrapping up our monday movement series today — yes, on tuesday — pretend it’s monday?  i’ve been thinking it’s wednesday all day so i’m really going a bit bonkers…

today, we are talking barre –  i was introduced to barre3 via — you guessed it – instagram – at the end of december via a post by cameron diaz on her “the body book” feed – they were promoting a January challenge and i was excited to have on more at home movement option — based out of Portland and growing by the minute, barre3 has been developed by sadie lincoln and is a fusion of pilates, yoga and dance that promotes flexability, strength, and balance.  they have an app available for your phone and an online subscription program ($10-$15 per month) full of video workouts and food ideas.  try a new way to move in march!
